When truck drivers are on the road, they encounter many problems. Bombay Goods Transport Association in partnership with All India Transporters Welfare Association held a conference to discuss the “Issues and Concerns of the Goods & Transport industry”. The conference was organized by Deepak Mittal, Chairman of the BGTA Wake Committee. 

Mahendra Arya, Co-Chairperson AITWA and ex-President BGTA welcomed more than 100 participants, some prominent names amongst the audience were ASSOCIATED ROAD CARRIERS LIMITED, BLR Logistiks (I) Ltd., IVC LOGISTICS LLC, & many others to the conference.

Mahendra Arya spoke about the importance of the industry contributes 15% to the GDP of the country & is expected to be a 380 billion dollar industry in the near future and that the challenges faced by the transporters still lie unaddressed.
