What is the Brokerage agreement?

A form of contract under which an individual or corporation works on behalf of the exporting company as a sales agent, putting its goods in the market with prospective customers, and in exchange brokers or agents receives a fee based on the value of the business transactions made. The nature of this form of agreement(s) are completely different from distributorship and must not be taken into account into the similar sense and meanings.
