1. What is Form CAA 15?
This form is filed Pursuant to section 238(1)(a) and Rule 28 of Companies( compromise and amalgamation) rules. As per the rule every circular containing the offer of scheme or contract involving transfer of shares or any class of shares and recommendation to the members of the transferor company by its directors to accept such offer, shall be accompanied by such information as set out in Form No. CAA. 15. The circular shall be presented to the Registrar for registration
2. Why is it important?
a. It contains the format in which circular is to be filed for registration containing the details of the scheme
b. It is a statutory requirement
