1. What is Form CAA 4 ?
This form CAA 4 is filed in pursuant to rule 13(2) and rule 14 of the Companies rules. CAA 4 contains the format in which a report is to be filed by the chairperson of the meeting giving the details, outcomes and final conclusion of the meeting of creditors which was conducted in accordance with section 230 (1) of the act. This report shall also include the name of the creditors who have voted in favour of the scheme and those who voted against.
2. Why is it important?
a. It is a statutory requirement.
b. It helps in providing complete information about the meeting of the creditors.
