The finance ministry announced nine amendments to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) enforcement conditions on May 1 in an effort to provide relief to COVID-19-affected businesses. For the months of March and April 2021, this includes an extension of the deadline for filing GST returns, a reduced late fee amount, and even a late fee waiver in some cases.
