1. What is Form G Rule 6(3)?

This form is related to filling of fresh nomination as per rule 6 (3) of payment of gratuity central rules, a fresh nomination shall be filled in form G and submitted by duplicate by personal service by an employee after taking proper receipt or by sending through registered post acknowledgement due to the employer. 

2. Why is it Important?

In cases where the employee has no family during the time of nomination, shall within ninety days of acquiring a family submit this form in the manner specified in the rule, a fresh nomination as required under subsection 4 of section 6, duplicate in form G to the employer and thereafter to the provision of sub-rule 2 shall apply mutatis mutandis as if it was made under sub-rule 1.
