1. What is a Franchise Agreement?
It is an agreement between Franchisor and Franchisee. An owner of a business who shares his proprietary marks right with another person in exchange for a mutually agreed fee is called a Franchisor. And the person who wishes to set up and carry on the franchise business and receive the above-mentioned rights from the Franchisor is called Franchisee. This agreement will lay down the terms and conditions, rights and obligations, consideration of the arrangement between the parties.

A franchise agreement is important to state the duties and responsibilities between the franchisor and franchisee. By this agreement, you can save your investment and also save the litigation cost that can be caused due to misunderstanding without the agreement.
