1. What is Form INC - 11 A?
Form INC - 11 A is a certificate that provides conclusive proof of incorporation of the unlimited company into a company with limited liability. Whenever any company which is originally registered as an unlimited company wants to get itself converted into a Company limited by shares or guarantee shall make an application in Form INC 27 with the registrar of companies. The ROC on being satisfied that the company has complied with all the rules and regulation shall issue a fresh certificate of incorporation in form INC 11 A.
