1. What is Form INC - 19 ? 

Form- 19 is a document which contains an in editable format, allowing you to use it without having to construct the format yourself. This ready-to-use template is designed to save you time and effort. This Notice must be published in Form INC-19 within a week of sending the application to the Regional Director, at least once in a vernacular newspaper in the principal language of the district in which the company's registered office is located and having a large circulation in that district, at least once in English in an English Newspaper with a large circulation in that district; and, if applicable, on the Company's website. 

2. Why is it important ? 

This form helps in assuring that the company is of which nature. And this needs to be informed to the regional director as he can treat the company in the way it is converted to. So that no objections raised in future upcoming events.
