1. What is Form INC - 9?
Form INC - 9 is an Affidavit form. It is an affidavit from each of the Directors, and Subscriber of the Company and also a declaration by them that they have not been convicted and no offence has been registered under their company name under company Act 2013 during the preceding five years and have not been found guilty of any fraud & misrepresentation or any breach of duty under company Act 2019.
2. Why is it Important?
This form helps in assuring that the Directors and subscriber of the company are not under any criminal charges and all the documents and information provided by them are correct and true.
