What is a sole selling agent Agreement ?
Sole selling agent is a person/firm which has been hired to sell the product of another company. Sole selling agents have the exclusive jurisdiction to sell the product in the region of which they are appointed. The relationship between the sole selling agent and employer is similar to that of agent and principles . These types of agreements help the manufacturer to establish and sell their product without much effort.
