Lawyered and 91springboard Bangalore conducted #MentorHours on 13th March 2019. The session was delivered by Advocate Nitin Jain and Archana Balasubramanian from Agama Law Associates. Agama spent mentor hours with young dynamic and first generation entrepreneurs and assisted them to evaluate alternative structures in place for their businesses. Certain aspects of brand building and protection through legal means were also discussed. The entrepreneurs were given tips on essentials while entering into and negotiating key contracts. Agama advised on investor’s perspective and the steps promoters should take while they seek funding and put the house in order.
