Advocate Faris Mohd talked about 'legal aspects of fundraising, things to consider while choosing the right form of business structure, taxation and tax benefits available to startups.

"A great initiative by Lawyered to collaborate with Co-Working spaces to spread legal awareness in the Startups Ecosystem. It was a good experience for me to talk to young entrepreneurs and other professionals, about the ‘Common Legal Issues’ and answer their queries. I would love to meet such young entrepreneurs who are working on innovative ideas and provide legal guidance to them through more such #MentorHours”.
