Lawyered and Commune Coworks, Bengaluru conducted #MentorHours on 16th May 2019 on 'Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace'.The session was delivered by Advocate Karthik Raghavan. 

Advocate Karthik Raghavan talked about various aspects of the laws on Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women like 'what amounts to sexual harassment', 'what are the duties of an employer to ensure a safe work environment for women', 'what are rights of women at a workplace' and rights and 'remedies available to the victims of sexual harassment'.
