Advocate Khyati Dhuparr talked about various aspects of Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women such as, 'what amounts to sexual harassment', 'what are the duties of an employer to ensure a safe work environment for women', 'what are rights of women at a workplace' and 'rights and remedies available to the victims of sexual harassment'.
