The session was organised for the employees, management and the members of the Internal Committee of Rupee Redee.
Advocate Anirban Bhattacharya talked about 'What Amounts To Sexual Harassment?', 'What Are The Rights Of The Victims?', 'The Remedies Available To Them', 'The Duties Of The Employer To Ensure A Safe Working Environment For Women' and also discussed real life cases with the attendees to help them understand the practical aspects of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act.
