1. What is Form NDH 1 ? 

This form is related to Return of Statutory Compliances as per section 406 of the Companies Act, 2013 and sub 5(2) of Rule 5 of the Nidhi Rules, 2014.This form is required to be filled by all those NIdhi companies whose members are 200 or more and should file this form within ninety days of closure of financial year. It must ensure that the net owned funds are ten lakh or more. Every Nidhi Company has to file nidhi forms periodically apart from the regular compliances. 

2. Why is it important? 

This form is important for the return of statutory compliance and if the company meets all the eligibility criteria , the company shall within ninety days from the closing of the financial year after incorporation can file for return and most importantly this form should be duly certified by practising CA/CS/CWA.
