This form s related to Return of Nidhi company for the Half Year ended as per the rule 21 of the Nidhi Companies Act,every nidhi company should file this form of Half Yearly return to the with the registrar, shall be filled within thirty days of the ending of each half yearly year and shall be duly certified by the practising CA.This forms requires information related to financial statements,Branch Details, Loans & declaration by the Board of Directors.
