1. What is a Pre-joining Induction Letter? 

A pre-joining Induction Letter is sent by the employer to the college/university authorities of the employee in order to inform them that the employer is willing to extend an offer of On the Job Training to their student and may in future also extend their student an offer of permanent employment. This letter clearly states the duration of the Induction programme.
